Today we left India and walked across a long bridge to a new country called Nepal!!
We went to the zoo today! There were so many animals there! I saw my first lion and lots of leopards and red pandas and birds!
It was fun to see the animals but I felt bad that they were in cages... @ Darjeeling, India We woke up really early this morning to watch the sun rise over some really big mountains. The big mountain in the middle is Kanchenjunga, the second highest mountain in the world! We could also see mt Everest but it was too far away to photograph.
@ Darjeeling, India Today we went to a temple here in Darjeeling. There were lots of monkeys and lots and lots of colorful prayer flags! They were so pretty and I practiced saying my colours a lot too!
@ Darjeeling, India Why are these chickens in a cage? Let them out so I can chase them and play with them!! They look so sad..
@ Darjeeling, India This balloon is almost as big as me!! No mummy don't touch it! Unless I drop it then you must get it for me..
@ Darjeeling, India Finally after 35 hours of trains and keeps we are in Darjeeling!! We've already had some tea and I had a muffin. Time to take a nap with daddy now.
@ Darjeeling, India Mummy and daddy said we were taking a train but actually we slept on the train platform for 8 hours waiting for it! Just as well mummy is the most comfortable bed in the works!!
@ Varanasi, India I mean Leo, these people, my parents, they just don't get me. They tried to make me eat mashed potato for dinner when it was quite clear I wanted ice cream.. So now I'm not going to eat. You understand don't you? I'm so glad I've for you to talk to about this stuff Leo. Oh and I like your hat too. |
